Click
HERE to donate $100 to receive links to all On Stage At Kingsborough performances in Spring 2021. No extra steps required!

The event confirmation email that you received, stating that your tickets are at Will Call, is strictly for receipt of payment. Physical tickets are not needed to gain access to your virtual event. Your link and passcode for the event will be emailed to you on the day and time that the show becomes available for viewing.

HOW WILL I GET ACCESS TO THE PERFORMANCES?

We will send a link and passcode to all ticket holders at 10:00 AM EST on the day and time that the show becomes available for viewing (or immediately upon purchase after the first day). You will simply click the link to get to the viewing page, and then enter the passcode. Software downloads are not required.

The viewing link is specific to the email address that we have on file for you, and may not be shared.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE THE EMAIL CONTAINING THE LINK AND PASSCODE?

The ticket buyer can email us at OnStageAtKingsborough@kbcc.cuny.edu to let us know that a duplicate email is needed.

WHAT DOES "ON DEMAND" MEAN?

Most of our virtual performances are available On Demand and noted as such under the performance dates. This means that you can watch the video any time (and as many times as you want) between the dates listed.

WHAT IS SD?

Most of our performances are available in High Definition (HD), unless noted that it is offered in SD (Standard Definition). Standard Definition is good viewing quality, while High Definition is premium viewing quality.

OPTIONAL TIPS FOR BEST VIEWING

Click the 4 arrows icon in the lower right hand corner of the video to view in full screen mode.

Watching on your television monitor will afford you the largest screen viewing option. To do so, you will need an HDMI cable. You may already have one that connects your television monitor to your cable box. If so, unplug your HDMI cable from your cable box and plug it into your PC or laptop, then turn your television monitor on.

If you don't have an HDMI cable, it is very inexpensive to purchase one (and you will use it quite a lot once you try it)!

There are many tutorials on YouTube as to how to connect your laptop or PC to your television monitor.
